This is the correct location to bring up issues, don't get me wrong. The JIRA tracker system is where you can input reports and get feedback when they are acted upon.
The autobuild has the fix in place - which is a link at pcgen.org/download.
Solving your own problems and sharing the results is how I got involved to be honest. The code isn't rocket science, and in most cases makes sense.

First of all: happy new year!
Sorry to have used this forum, but i have absolutely no clue how this works.
I was trying to make an aberrant astral suiter. noticed that a lot of options stayed red. Noticed what made the options stay red.
Dug into the directory.
Opened the file that looked relevant.
Searched for the string that seemed to do the trick.
Noticed that it appeared in the feature that creates the astral suit, but not in the one that transforms the body.
Added it there.
I have no clue how this all works, i was just noticing stuff.
Then went on the pcgen site for clues on how to report this thing... and was directed here.
So yeah, absolutely clueless. Sorry about that.
For example i also noticed that the metaforge advances the transformed body of the aberrant astral suit, but not the claws of the feral heart soulknife.
But for that I have no clue what is going wrong because i do not have enough feedback. It might be that the prestige class just was not designed for that, but it seems weird.
