Hi,
Lewis is correct, we do have a forum set up for it. No other location to my recollection.
Feel free to upload pcc files there to your hearts content.
Cheers,
Andrew
The PCGen forums (groups.pcgen.org) have a subforum for Character Swapping.
Not aware of any other archives.

As a Gamemaster of Pathfinder campaigns I often need to create interesting NPCs which I do not want to use directly from the Bestiary, Rival Guide, or the list of NPCs found on d20pfsrd.com or thegm.org, because I usually need to add or subtract some class levels or change race etc. for them.
So my question is: Do you know of some kind of online archive/database of .pcg files for such NPCs? And if not, would you guys be interested in contributing to a collection? Namely upload your own created NPC .pcg files including things like Description, Tactics, Portrait etc? Of course I would want to upload my humble list of NPCs there.
