Pathfinder Unchained isn't finished and in our normal release yet, so any additional support for Unchained would be a bit premature. Currently GM Awards grant skill ranks, bonuses to skills, and feats.

Select GM Awards - see the +1 Feat (add it).
or
on the Feats pool, number remaining, change the 0 to 1.
