Yeah, Castles and Crusades is incredibly easy to run and play. Probably the simplest game mechanic on the market. Can't say for sure, since I don't know the mechanics of every game out there. ITs definitely easier than any version of D&D, Savage Worlds, Warhanmmer, Cortex, and a few dozen other games I could name.
