You could write custom LST data to
have this bonus applied within PCGen (so the numbers etc all
come out).  See the documentation that comes with PCGen
itself on how to get started on this.
Else the final summary? tab has a
section you can add notes which appear on the
sheet.

Hi all, new guy here.  If I wanted to
add a note in PCGen that would show up on a printable
character sheet, is there an appropriate field to put this
in? 
Specifically, I have a
permanent +1 to Initiative, +1 to Concentration checks, and
+1 to both CMB and CMD (when holding a sword, so it's
also conditional) that have been awarded to characters in a
Pathfinder game I am running.  (These awards came through
certain events in a Paizo-published
adventure.).
I am working on how to
submit this as an actual feature request, but, in the
meantime, I'd like to add it to the characters in a
place that would actually show up if I used the
"standard.htm.ftl" character sheet (the
best-formatted for printing), even if it's just as a
footnote somewhere.
Apologies in advance if I
missed something really obvious.
