Everything in PCGen is "customized". All of the code is hand typed and saved in text files that anyone can edit and alter. Most people don't realize all the content is customized because it's from us officially.
Therefore, adding additional anything is merely by either adding your own files, or editing the existing files.
Class feature? Yes; Additional Ability Scores such as comeliness, persuasion, luck? Yes; New Spells, Feats, Classes, etc.? Yes
However, I will point out that the main pcgen discussion mailing list is not where we divulge the secrets of lst coding, nope, not here. You have to either join the listfilehelp group, or jump on the pcgen hipchat, or join our forums.

Would it be possible to add in a custom class ability to PC Gen? I'd like to add some custom Disciplines in the class ability tab.
How can I do this.
