Directions? What page is the directions on?
Go to this link: https://github.com/PCGen/pcgen/releases
Grab the installer or full zip folder. Run the installer, or unzip the zip folder, run the pcgen.exe (or pcgen.jar, or pcgen.sh) and enjoy.
