I've submitted https://pcgenorg.atlassian.net/browse/CODE-3358

for RC3/RC4 - the installer now spends ages counting files and
file-size, but starts one level up from where is should: G:\PCGen vs
G:\PCGen\6.08.00 RC4

eventually concludes RC4 is using 6GB!!!

Didn't affect RC2 or earlier (which didn't try to show the installation
size).
