Ah,
Location for natural attacks won't change anything. But as I said
before, shouldn't be hard to fix.
Forgive my slow responses, but we're close to triple digits out here.

Anyways, the reason your attack doesn't promote has nothing to do with
equipped location, but how things are coded up:
BONUS:WEAPONPROF=Bite|TOHIT|-5|PRETEMPLATE:1,Lycanthrope (Hybrid Form)
BONUS:WEAPONPROF=Bite|DAMAGE|-STR|PRETEMPLATE:1,Lycanthrope (Hybrid Form)
Now, before I begin tampering with that code, I need to look up the
actual rules pertaining to the attacks and see if this is following
rules, or just done this way to avoid complications. (Personally, I
think -5 should be listed under a combat condition and make it player
enforced, since equipped changes on the fly).
