There was also an issue with the pcgen.sh preventing it from opening, Gave a "Failed to execute child process "/home/roo/Downloads/pcgen/pcgen.sh" (No such file or directory)"
It was strange, and I just used the pcgen.sh from the older version. It also seems to have been fixed with this recent autobuild I just downloaded. Not sure if it was something weird with how I unpacked it, or if it really was a problem.
