[pcgen] 3.5e Adding the Communicator Feat

Afternoon All,
I'm attempting to create the Communicator feat from Complete Arcane (pg
76?). I have looked the lst documentation but can't find a way to add
spell like abilities via feats. I have found the bit to add extra spells
per day for spell casters but it is not quite the same thing.
Any suggestions
