Add this somewhere in a template:

Race Name Change
BONUS:ABILITYPOOL|Race Name|1
BONUS:VAR|RemoveNaturalAttacks|1
DEFINE:RemoveNaturalAttacks|1

The removal of the bite attack will require some data hacking - for the moment the variable portion is useless, until you add "|PREVAREQ:RemoveNaturalAttacks,0" on the end of the ABILITY:Internal|AUTOMATIC|Bite tag the kitsune is gaining. That will be on you to implement. I have a few pressing issues that need to be handled for the 6.06 release and work/school is increasing it's demands on my time.

In the future, post these type of questions on the lst file help group. Since actual code wrangling is what we do on that yahoo group.

You're looking at some fancy code. It's easy to change the displayed race, doing it correctly is an art form. It will be much later tonight before I can even investigate the method to invoke the race builder race namer I set up. That's probably your best bet.
