yes and no...
"At 5th level and every five levels thereafter (10th, 15th, and 20th level), the ranger may select an additional favored enemy from those given on the table. In addition, at each such interval, the bonus against any one favored enemy (including the one just selected, if so desired) increases by 2."
You don't "pick the same enemy", but...
at 5th you
1) choose a new, different favored enemy to have a normal +2 bonus
2) apply another +2 bonus to any of the favored enemies you have (old or new).
At 10th, 15th & 20th, you repeat this: add a new, different enemy, AND add +2 to any one favored enemy.
