It's best to submit issues discovered to the PCGen Bug and Feature Tracker - pcgenorg.atlassian.net
However, that said, if this is an Advanced Class Guide archetype, then those are being worked on being implemented as we speak. ACG was pre-released without them implemented fully to meet user demand to use the new "base" classes.
