Hi,

PCGen is an open community that respects the wishes of the publishers. The folks who published Prime Directive have not given us permission to use their material. I would have to dive through about six or seven years of archives to find the exact reason, but I think it was due to dual licensing. At this time, we can not offer official Prime Directive support.

However, if you have the time and skills, adding a new system would not be that difficult.
