Hi Brian,
When people load PFS - it means one of two things:
1) You are a dedicated Pathfinder Society Player who has a proper ID, and know of the many restrictions placed upon you as a Legal Player of this Open Game Society, where you play in pre-made PFS scenarios, get specific goodies based upon the outcome of your adventure and your 1 XP for completing your adventure. You also understand that specific weapons, races and classes are designated as LEGAL for PFS play, and that a multitude of other items are not PFS legal.
2) You thought it was just another dataset, and didn't realize that you've loaded a restricted gaming system that intentionally impedes your ability to play anything but a Legal PC for the Pathfinder Society system rules.
Based upon your initial post, I'm leaning towards the #2. If you don't want the PFS restrictions, don't load the PFS rules dataset. PFS = An Actual Gaming Society of players who abide by Paizo set restrictions. Like such things as no Item Creation feats, no standard summoners, only unchained summoners, lack of specific deity selections, NO EVIL ALIGNMENTS, etc.
If I could, I would have a Pop Up ask you to verify that you are indeed a player involved with PFS before loading to avoid this very common confusion.

I'm using 6.07.01 with Pathfinder RPG sources. On the Domains tab, it lists all the Deities. Some are bold, some are not. It looks like all the non-bold ones say Requirements: charactertype: PC less than 1. However, I can't find where that is set in the data files and why it is even set. Deities like Groetus can be selected even in PFS. I'm guessing this Requirements is what is causing the Favored Weapon and other info which is in the .lst file to not display. Ultimately, I am looking to make a cleric of Groetus whose favored weapon is a Heavy Flail. All 3 sources that I could find for Pathfinder show the tag DEITYWEAP correctly but it won't display. I'm assuming somewhere it is hardcoded that Groetus is not a Deity that a PC can select so it doesn't even bother showing Favored Weapon. Any ideas on how to correct this?
