https://groups.io/ - overview
https://groups.io/static/features - list of stuff
A couple of my other groups use it… It's fairly robust and open source friendly… and free.
I recommend it.

G+ is getting closed down. Yahoo groups are slowly dying. The reasons we stayed with Yahoo is because it was one of the few places that could be replied to via email. Most everything else you can get a notification for a post, but you then have to go to reply.
Here are all the current ways to get PCGen info.
Website: http://pcgen.org/
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/PCGen/
Forums: http://groups.pcgen.org/
Twitter: https://twitter.com/PCGen
Discord: https://discord.gg/yDSzXJg
Patreon: https://www..patreon.com/pcgen (when it gets fleshed out more and launches)
G+: https://plus.google.com/communities/112267547469109977778 (Going away next year)
And of course these groups.
The biggest problem is that the project team has been shrinking in the last year, we desperately need coders to push some needed advances to the code base.
