[pcgen] Pathfinder Arcanist School Understanding

Trying to recreate the Pathfinder Society Arcanist pre-gen.  I choose the School Understanding exploit but I am unable to choose the Foresight subschool of Divination.  I can't find any place to make the selection.  Only the Core arcane schools are available.
