No not a VTT, The Campaign Composer is more like Obsidian in that it's more for note taking and campaign organizing.They have some video's on the try it out section.

They also have a 2nd mission which is to help people become GM's or improve their GM skills. The Academy, I met Avery, Bill, & Josh at GenCon last year.
