Subject: [pcgen] Ioun Stones and Headband of Intelligence
Both the scarlet and blue ioun stone and the headband of intelligence are, according to the PRD, supposed to grant a bonus to Intelligence but only for the purpose of granting skill ranks in a particular skill. How do I assign a skill to the headband of intelligence or the scarlet and blue ioun stone?
