[pcgen] Versatile performance seems not to be functioning

Hi, I'm trying out pcgen version 6.07.01 and while i was creating a

skald character noticed that adding whatever Versatile performance to
the character didn't have any effect.

I, then, proceeded to reinstall pcgen and trye creating a Bard but the
problem presented itself again.

What am I doing wrong?
