We can do a bit of a meet-n-greet, do a little conferencing, and get you on the right path. (Team specifics, hmm, don't break things, if you breaks things, fix it... :P Seriously, data team with git is actually less strict on how we operate. Volunteer when you can, focus on tasks that interest you the most, and try to follow the common standards (Not because we love conformity, but because maintaining things is easier when they follow standards).
