I don't know if this issue has already been addressed but I don't why it is occurring for me so I am starting a thread about it.


For the sake of clarification, I am running PCGen v6.06.01 and loading the rsrd_basics PCC source file.


Whenever I try to create a barbarian character I notice that illiteracy does not show up in the character's class feature list. However, it is my understanding that this is a core rule when playing D&D 3.5 ed. and thus should be there but it isn't.


If someone could please help me understand why this happening, that would be very helpful.
