Hi Folks - this is a multi-channel broadcast to get the FEEDBACK from
everyone involved with the project.
Just a little news update for the teams. We're in the process of moving
our JIRA service to the Atlassian cloud hosted servers. This means less
work on our end. We've had some great success with JIRA over the years,
and think having someone other than our limited volunteers updating
things in the background is a great idea.
In the course of the move, I need to apply for a new open source
license. Since I have to request each product by name and a web link, I
figured it would be a good time to re-evaluate what we are currently
using and see if we can't use more tools to make our lives easier.
Asking for:
JIRA - is a given. The whole point of our move.
Confluence seems to be a plus, it's basically a replacement wiki for the
team.
Bamboo is a CI (Continuous Integration tool) - It tests the code every
time we have a change pushed into the code.

We already use JENKINS and Travis as our CI clients. From what I'm
reading this seems to be a step up. Thoughts?
Gliffy might be something our code team is interested in. Pretty
Diagrams, Tom seemed to delight in those.
And the ever present Agile. Some folks have quoted Agile.
Okay, if you think we should request any of those, or even more, let me
know. I want to focus on things that make our life easier as volunteers.
