Since a character can have a lot of them (theoretically, as many as spells), I think I envisioned them getting their own section on the output sheet. Changing the "Words of Power" category to "Special Ability" and the "WordsOfPowerOutput" type to "SpecialQuality" would put them all in the special qualities section, and SORTKEY could be used to make sure they're all grouped together, but it would still seem to me to be a lot of stuff to put in the special qualities section.
Maybe after I do a more thorough exploration of the output sheet system (I'm kind of in the middle of that right now) I could change the output sheet appropriately. I could change the data part (category, type, sort key) easily enough. I don't know which solution the PCGen team would prefer.
I should probably also bug a free OS monkey to modify the Path of War maneuvers so they're displayed as maneuvers rather than spells, but "a free OS monkey" is a rare and perhaps mythical creature.

Posting to the main group for reference:
I personally haven't messed with Words of Power and would have to take a
look to figure them out. Display issue means whoever set it up didn't
set it up to be included on the outputsheet. The output sheet has key
"TYPEs" that dictate a displayed area.
I won't have time till late tonight to investigate further. However,
hopefully someone else with experience in the words of power may be able
to answer your question.
Cheers,
Andrew
