Well, technically Amazon isn't selling them.  Note it says 'only available from third party sellers' they are just using an Amazon Marketplace account to advertise/facilitate payments.  It's pretty much just like Ebay without the bidding.

the news that Amazon have obtained copies and are selling them is not that surprising ... What matters is which company published it originally? Who wrote it?

Looking on the d20pfsrd.com website, and searching for "Ultimate Evil" - The front cover labels it "d20pfsrd publishing"

This looks like it's a portfolio composition by the d20pfsrd folks themselves, gathering OGC into a package, maybe with some new content.
