If I make a spellcaster capable of casting Permanency, I get a section
under Known Spells for spells they can make Permanent on themselves...
I've been looking through the UI for how you apply (the smaller list of)
Permanent spells to others?
Not Spells, Inventory (treat a permanent spell like a slotless item?),
Feats & Abilities (unusual ability?), ...
It's not just convenient, but also a good way to pull together the
spells from sources after the core book which state that they too can be
made permanent...
Nope, I can't see how to do it.
Yes, I can set a temporary spell effect, but that doesn't keep track of
cost, or DC to dispel...
Any suggestions?
