Hi,
Printer issues are beyond my capabilities to debug/fix. That is definitely a local issue between your device and the printer.
However, troubleshooting 101 as an IT guy -
Power off the printer, wait 30 seconds and then power on the printer.
Clear your printer spool, and restart the device.
If need be, you can re-install a the network printer.
PCGen can print based upon a template or Export to PDF. Either method you can print the character sheet. Again, actual "printer" connectivity issues are well beyond my ability to address.

on the Feats pool, number remaining, change the 0 to 1.

I have a DM that gives out bonus feats at times so he gave my ranged character Weapon focus bow for free but I can not add it as free in the program because the program counts it towards my slots, is there any way to add something that will not count towards it so i will still have 1 feat left to select?
