Kapenia Dancer Archetype from the Varisia book not granted Simple Weapon Proficiency

However, that said, if this is an Advanced Class Guide archetype, then those are being worked on being implemented as we speak. ACG was pre-released without them implemented fully to meet user demand to use the new "base" classes.
