The Magus is from Ultimate Magic, and the Kapenia Dancer from the Varisia book, so I assume they're part of the partially implemented archetypes you've mentioned.

It's best to submit issues discovered to the PCGen Bug and Feature Tracker - pcgenorg.atlassian.net
However, that said, if this is an Advanced Class Guide archetype, then those are being worked on being implemented as we speak. ACG was pre-released without them implemented fully to meet user demand to use the new "base" classes.

Hi there,
I'm starting to use PCGen to manage my players' characters, and I've come across a problem with v6.06.00
One player has a Kapenia Dancer (Magus), but the simple weapon proficiencies don't seem to appear for her; can anyone confirm this problem, and if so, how do I go about fixing this?
