Yep, the Death Mage is included in the Adventurer's Handbook by (as was) Super Genius Games.
On the Advanced tab, simply add the Super Genius Games - Adventurer's Handbook to your selected sources. (You will need to be in Pathfinder RPG mode and have at least the Pathfinder Core Rulebook selected as well.)
Once you've hit Load, you should be good to go with the Death Mage available as a class - although as a word of caution, I wrote up that source many versions of PCGen ago now, and have not tested the Death Mage class for a long time. Please report any bugs you find!
