Hi,
Am I reading correctly that you're trying to make Tattoos by customizing equipment, specifically Weapons and/or Armor?
Yikes! How bout I make this a little less frustrating and make some base items which follow the tattoo rules. Cause creating a tattoo item via weapons and armor is really not the intended route.
