Hi,
Stefan already mentioned the issue:
Hm, that's weird. I don't really have an explanation without access to the data in question. But I've had trouble using MOD for spells recently. Maybe something is broken. By the way, DESC is cumulative. If you just add another DESC tag, that text will be appended to the original text. To get rid of the original text, you need to use DESC:.CLEAR before your new DESC tag. Regards Stefan.
Cheers,
Andrew

Thanks, that was a good hint. I activated hidden characters and there were to spaces behind the "....MOD" before the next tab. So now I learned that a space in there can break it. I was not aware of it.
So now the translated trait title shows up and I can add it.
But there is a new thing now:
The output sheets do print BOTH the original DESC tag plus the newly modded one sequentially. So the trait description now is printed as:
"Growing up in a violent neighborhood or in the unforgiving wilds often forced you to subsist on food and water from doubtful sources. You gain a +1 trait bonus on Fortitude saves. Das Aufwachsen in einer gewalttaetigen Nachbarschaft oder in den unversuehnlichen Waeldern zwang dich oft dazu, dich von Nahrung und Wasser aus zweifelhaften Quellen zu ernaehren. Als Resultat hast du eine besondere Widerstandsfaehigkeit entwickelt und erhaeltst einen Wesenszugbonus von +1 auf deine Zaehigkeitswuerfe. "I thought MODding a tag always just replaces the parts of the original tag. Now it looks like it appends the text.
Ideas?
PS: Most interestingly for this trait alone also the output sheets now prints a different source text string.
