No, -4,-4 is not correct.

First level bloodrager, BAB +1, STR +2, Size +1 = +4 melee attack bonus.

He does not have the TWF feat, so his penalties would be as if "Off-hand weapon is light" for using the double weapon (-4 and -8 from the chart below).

Therefore, he should have attack bonus of +0,-4 to attack with both ends at once.

Circumstances	Primary Hand	Off Hand
Normal penalties	–6	–10
Off-hand weapon is light	–4	–8
Two-Weapon Fighting feat	–4	–4
Off-hand weapon is light and Two-Weapon Fighting feat	–2	–2

This turned out to be a code issue. Luckily, a rather small issue with a fairly simple fix. I've submitted my second code patch. I've already tested it, and it works for me. However, since I am a Code Lemur, it must be reviewed by a code monkey gatekeeper before it is merged into the main release.

Hopefully someone on the code team will get this reviewed and merged before tomorrow's autobuild.
